PUF Insulated Panels – Roofing, Ceiling & Wall Solutions

PUF (Polyurethane Foam) Insulated Panels – also called Puff Panels. Smart insulation solutions for roofing, ceilings, and walls – energy-efficient, durable, and cost-effective.

What Are PUF Panels?

PUF (Polyurethane Foam) Insulated Panels, commonly referred to as PUF Panels or Puff Panels, are also known as insulated sandwich panels. They consist of a rigid polyurethane or PIR (Polyisocyanurate) foam core sandwiched between two durable metal sheets such as pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGS) or aluminum.

These panels – often searched as PUF roofing panels, Puff roofing panels, PUF wall panels, Puff ceiling panels, cold storage PUF panels, and prefabricated Puff panels – are known for their superior insulation, lightweight durability, and quick installation.

Composition of PUF Panels

Each panel is engineered with high-quality materials for optimal performance and longevity.

  • 1
Core: Rigid Polyurethane Foam (PUF) or Polyisocyanurate (PIR) for superior insulation and fire resistance.
  • 2
Outer Layers: Pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGS) or aluminum sheets for strength and weather protection.
  • 3
Protective Coating: Special coatings applied for corrosion resistance and enhanced durability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your questions, answered.

What is the difference between PUF and Puff panels?

There is no difference. “Puff panel” is a common
spelling variation and industry slang for PUF panels. Both refer to the same Polyurethane Foam
insulated panel product.

What thickness of Puff panel do I need for my warehouse?

Typically, a 50mm or 65mm thick panel is ideal for
general warehousing to provide excellent insulation against heat. For cold storage or freezers
within the warehouse, 105mm or thicker panels are recommended.

Are PUF wall panels fire rated?

Yes, fire-retardant versions with a PIR
(Polyisocyanurate) core are available, which offer enhanced fire safety and are recommended for
applications requiring higher fire ratings.
